I ordered the 10 for my daughter who is tall and solid for her age (8) and typically wears 10/12 shirts snd 10 pants, but I had to send it back. 10/12 coat was very big and roomy even on me at 5’4 and 115lbs. I sent it back and reordered the 8, and it is a perfect fit for her, and she loves it. Looks great and it is nice and warm!
